about your Kajabi course area

The activation of sessions differs between various courses. You'll find specific information on this in each course under âquick-start guide for the courseâ.
 Why is this?
Your body and your consciousness need time to deeply process and integrate the sessions. Even if you believe you could move through the course faster, our experience with thousands of participants has taught us that taking things slowly allows you to achieve sustainable results.
Additionally, this ensures you follow the intended sequence, which is important for your first experience with the course â and you'll be more likely to stick with it. đ
If this really doesn't work for you, just get in touch with us. We'll find a suitable solution for you.
In Kajabi, you'll see the notification: âWe could not deliver email toâŚâ.
We've been in touch multiple times with Kajabi, our course platform provider, regarding this issue. The only solution they've offered is as follows:
When you're logged into our course platform, you can change the following details in your profile (top right) under settings:
- Your name (displayed when you write comments on sessions, for example)
- Your email address (in case it ever changes)
- Your photo (or avatar imageâif you'd like to add one, it'll appear next to your name when you write a comment)
- Your password
You can also send any changes directly to us, and we'll gladly handle them for you. Just send us an email at [email protected].
You can access the online course anytime and indefinitely through the course platform (via web browser or the mobile Kajabi app). At least as long as the internet exists. :)
By downloading session content, you can also access videos and audios offline (without internet or Wi-Fi), ensuring you have guaranteed lifetime access.
If the video/audio doesn't play (despite having a good internet connection), the issue might be with your browser. Please try using a different web browser.
If you're using Mozilla Firefox: Playing videos and audio files in Mozilla Firefox is only possible when enhanced/improved tracking protection is turned off.
If you've opened the page https://andreas-goldemann.mykajabi.com in Firefox, click on the small đĄď¸ shield icon in the address bar. You can deactivate the âEnhanced Tracking Protectionâ by sliding the switch to the left. The videos should then play properly.
On individual course pages, you can download videos, audio files, or PDFs to use offline (without internet or Wi-Fi).
On a PC, downloads are always located on the right side of each course page. If you're accessing the course via mobile browser, you'll find downloads at the very bottom, below the comments for each session. In the mobile Kajabi app, they appear above the comments.
Clicking on your chosen file will start the download. Depending on your settings, you'll either be prompted to select a storage location, or the file will automatically be saved in the downloads folder on your computerâs hard drive or in your phone's internal storage.
When you click on the downloaded file, your device will open it with the chosen media player and play the video/audio. To view PDFs, you'll need a PDF viewer/reader.
You can now access all your courses directly from your mobile device (including Andreas's courses on Younity).
Get the mobile Kajabi app.
This allows you, for example, to listen to a session while taking a walk in nature. :)
Log out of the Kajabi app and log back in to refresh your course library.

Option 2 â Add another email address
Add the email address associated with your âAndreas Goldemann â Back to the Originâ account to the Kajabi app.
After this, âAndreas Goldemann â Back to the Originâ should appear among the websites of your course providers (under the menu âĄ), along with all your courses. :)
and the energetic effects of the sessions
Intuitive work isn't so easy to explain. Andreas shares the essentials of his approach to intuitive work in this workshop video session:
Everyone reacts individually. From experience, we can say that the process of releasing negative emotions and problems can sometimes lead to an initial intensification, as certain topics are brought back to the surface during the session. Your emotions want to be felt by you so they can then be released.
These are short-term symptoms that, in most cases, resolve themselves by the end of the session. So if you experience physical or emotional reactions during the sessions, don't worry â be happy about it... This is the path toward change â your personal transformation. :)
Simply observe what's happening, and allow it to pass like a cloud in the wind.
The intuitive soul language has its roots in ancient Celtic-Druidic traditions and is similarly found in many other ancient cultures through shamanism. It opens consciousness and guides you into a space containing information (a state of wholeness) that most people have forgotten.
The soul song provides access to the state of unity (âAll-Onenessâ). It includes information from your purest consciousness. This is why it can only be perceived intuitively and cannot be literally translated.
For grounding and optimal absorption of information, it's best if both your feet are on the floor and your spine is upright. If that's difficult for you, sit on the edge of a chair â this automatically helps you sit straighter.
You can also lie down, but please ensure that your spine remains as straight as possible. Also, try to lie down somewhere you don't usually sleep; otherwise⌠well, you might fall asleep during the session. ;) (See the note about falling asleep during sessions.)
 It's important to differentiate between meditation and the âenergetic alignment.â Ultimately, it's important that you feel comfortable and can truly engage with the session.
Ensure you have enough time for the session, that you're undisturbed, or if that's not possible, perhaps use headphones.
For the sessions to have the best effect, it's important that you are physically present and open to change. Many people find it helpful to keep their eyes open.
However, if you'd prefer to isolate yourself because you might otherwise lose focus, you're certainly welcome to close your eyes.
It's quite common for participants to fall asleep while Andreas is working during a session. This is due to the frequency created in the brain by the tones. The release of negative, stored emotions still occurs even if you're asleep, so the session remains effective.
However, if you do fall asleep, we recommend repeating the session to ensure your conscious mind also receives the information.
Here are some tips that may help you stay awake during the session:
- Do the session in the morning when you're fully rested and awake.
- Sit upright to allow the energy to flow more effectively.
- Drink some still water; this supports and facilitates the release processes.

There's no strict rule for how often you should listen to the sound. Listen at least once, or multiple times, based on your intuition. However, please don't play it continuously on repeat â as this could quickly become overwhelming with energetic work.
Important for all sounds and sessions:
đ¨ Never listen while driving or operating machinery!
The sounds activate theta frequencies (brain waves) and open deeper layers of consciousness. This could make you inattentive or drowsy, potentially causing you to lose control of your vehicle or device. Please don't endanger yourself or others!
If your tongue is pressed firmly against the roof of your mouth, you're in fight-or-flight mode and therefore experiencing stress.
Consciously choose to relax your tongue and jaw, then gently rest your tongue behind your upper front teeth.Â
With practice, this becomes automatic.
Recorded sessions are equally effective or even more powerful than live sessions. Why? The impact intensifies as more people watch the sessions â strengthening the collective consciousness field of âBack to Origin.â
And hey, Andreas has been cultivating this field of consciousness since 1997, so there's plenty of love and strength in it. At the same time, ongoing care ensures this energy field remains strong and vibrant.
Sessions build upon each other, so please follow the suggested order at least during your first run through the course.
However, if you have an urgent issue, feel free to jump ahead and do that specific session earlier. Just make sure to return later and repeat that session when it naturally comes up again in the regular course sequence.
Generally, not everyone feels the same intensity â or even feels something at all â and thatâs completely fine. The effects are there nonetheless. The full effects unfold once you've completed the entire course.
Here are some tips:
- Expect nothing. Just approach the session with curiosity and openness.
- If something feels uncomfortable during the session, keep your attention on your whole being, not only on what's coming up. It's like observing and letting go of what's there.
- Give yourself permission to feel. Imagine experiencing the session optimally, then watch it again.
- As previously mentioned, while watching the sessions, there's nothing else you need to do but be present in your body and open to change.
- Drinking enough water helps your body integrate and release the old more quickly.
- Afterwards, allow yourself some rest â perhaps a pleasant walk in the forest, a cup of tea, or even a short or longer nap. :)
- Itâs less helpful to immediately dive into turbulent conversations or stressful everyday situations afterward.
Generally, you decide the order in which you do the courses â it's entirely up to you.
If you feel equally drawn to all topics, start with âBack to the Origin.â After that, it will become clearer whether or which course is the next best for you.
In âBack to the Origin,â Andreas helps you release stored negative emotions from your musculoskeletal and organ tissues, as well as from your energy system. This work ensures both physical and energetic alignment and serves as an excellent foundation if you wish to continue further.
All courses have different areas of focus. Minor overlaps might occur, but essentially, the courses are all unique and complement each other very well.
